Benjamin Krogh has spent the last decade writing stories within songs, and crafting albums that grow from those stories to form large, cohesive narratives. His latest album, Fellowship Hour, largely follows that same approach. It's a meandering set of songs that capture the pains of growth, the joys of loosening old burdens, and the uncertainty of forging ahead into new life chapters while still figuring things out. The album was largely recorded in SE Portland at Bungalow 9 in mid 2024, and finished over the next few years. In contrast to his last record, Fellowship Hour steps more boldly into sprawling heartland rock sounds filled with guitar solos and synth leads. Nathan Trueb is the lead singer and primary songwriter for the bands Tango Alpha Tango and Another Glory.
